We got tired of selling tools that didn't fit
Crave AI started because we kept running into the same problem working with local businesses: the tools available were either too generic, too expensive, or both. So we started building our own.
Crave AI is the technology arm of Crave Media, a digital marketing agency that's worked with local service businesses for years. SEO, Google Ads, conversion optimization. We know the space.
What we kept seeing was this: business owners who were doing well. Good revenue, strong teams, loyal customers. But they knew AI was changing things and they didn't want to get left behind. They were already using ChatGPT or Claude in their day-to-day. They could see the potential. They just couldn't figure out how to take that next step and actually put it to work inside their business.
The software they could buy off the shelf was built for a generic version of their business. A carpet cleaning company doesn't need the same dashboard as a roofing company, but they were both stuck using the same CRM with the same reports that didn't quite fit either of them.
So we started building. Custom dashboards that pull from the systems our clients already use. Automations that handle the grunt work their teams were doing manually. Tools their technicians could actually use on a phone between jobs. Each one built for a specific business with specific problems.
That's what Crave AI is. We're not a software company selling licenses. We're a team that builds technology for your business and manages it for you. You tell us what's broken or what's slow, and we build something that fixes it.
