Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Crave AI website (crave-media.ai) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Crave AI is a service of Crave Media LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Crave AI provides custom AI tools, dashboards, automations, AI search visibility optimization, and AI-powered lead follow-up services for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately for each client engagement.

Free tools and audits

Our AI Visibility Audit and AI Readiness Quiz are provided free of charge. These tools scan publicly available information and generate automated recommendations. Results are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing the recommendations provided.

Client projects

For paid client engagements:

• Tools and dashboards are built to your specifications and hosted on our infrastructure.
• We manage, maintain, and update tools as part of ongoing service agreements.
• Specific terms including scope, pricing, payment schedule, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements.
• We retain the right to use generalized versions of tools and methodologies developed during client engagements for other clients, provided no proprietary business data is shared.

Infrastructure and access

Tools built by Crave AI are hosted and managed on our infrastructure. Clients access their tools through provided URLs, logins, or integrations. Infrastructure access (hosting accounts, databases, deployment platforms) is managed by Crave AI. Transfer of infrastructure can be arranged upon request and may involve additional fees.

Your data

Business data you provide or that flows through tools we build for you remains your property. We do not sell, share, or use your proprietary business data for purposes outside of delivering your services. See our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website

Limitation of liability

Crave AI provides services on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our tools and recommendations, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

The Crave AI website, branding, and proprietary tools are the intellectual property of Crave Media LLC. Custom tools built for clients are subject to the terms of individual service agreements. Content on this website may not be reproduced without permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning data and services.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
