Our Work

Things we've built for real service businesses

Most of these are running right now: answering phones, reading call recordings, pulling ad data. A couple are still in testing with the client, and their pages say so. Each one shows how the thing actually works, including the parts we deliberately kept AI out of.

One client, five tools, one system

One of our clients is a carpet cleaning franchise with 40+ locations across six states, and it runs everything through ServiceTitan. We didn't sell them a platform. We built one tool at a time, and each one plugs into the system their office already uses.

Everything we've built for this client reads from the same place their office already works. Nobody keeps a second calendar or a second customer list.

Smaller builds

Not everything needs its own page. Some of the most useful things we run are a script and a schedule.

Daily imports from the field software turn into a personal scoreboard for every tech and a company-wide leaderboard. Nobody builds the spreadsheet anymore.

Weekly review sync

Carpet cleaning franchise

Pulls each location's live Google rating and review count every week, updates the website and its schema, and redeploys only the sites that changed. The last run touched 23 sites.

Search Console early warning

Internal, across client sites

Compares impressions week over week across client properties. A 20% drop is a warning, 40% is critical, and it points at the pages that fell.

Brand visibility map

Carpet cleaning franchise

Merges map-rank grid scans for 8 Google Business Profiles into one map of the Nashville metro, so you can see where the brand shows up in the top 3 and where it doesn't.

"Whose job is this?" assistant

Carpet cleaning franchise

An internal chatbot trained on the company's role documents. Managers, dispatchers and CSRs ask it who owns a task and get one straight answer.

Market spend analytics

Carpet cleaning franchise

Plots campaign and LSA spend against booked leads for each market, with scatter plots that show whether more spend actually bought more leads.

Date wishlist widget

Wedding venue

Couples pick up to five possible wedding dates on the venue's site and the venue gets them in one email, ready to check against the calendar.

What's costing you the most this month?

That's usually where we start. Tell us on a call and we'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right fix for it.
